We are so glad you are registering for our second session of the
ADULT DANCE FUSION CLASS!
The ADF class is geared towards a beginning adult dancer or an adult dancer who is ready to step back into the studio and get their groove on. The dance genre changes each week. During this 5 week session ADF will study Ballet. Tap, Broadway Jazz (Fosse), Hip-Hop and Contemporary. The ADF class will start with a 45 minute genre specific workout segment working on strength, stretch and conditioning. The last 45 minutes transitions into a rotating dance class featuring a new genre each week! Please invite your friends to join you on the dance floor and take advantage of Early Bird pricing now through Valentine's Day! CLASS BEGINS FEBRUARY 21st.
